Many of you are stressing over recent events; and when you all stress, I stress. I thought of an alternative assignment that many of you would enjoy completing. We have been learning about plate tectonics; so you all have 3 choices to pick from to show your knowledge of plate tectonics. The options can be seen below. After you completed your choice of assignment, you can email me at [email protected] and/or you can share it with me via one drive. 1st choice- Doing a Tik-Tok video Create a tik tok video(dance and/or rap) that shows the following: -The 3 type of boundaries -The movement of the boundaries - The type of crust moving- (ex. oceanic crust subducts under continental crust) - What happens at each boundary 2nd choice- Minecraft In minecraft, create the following: - 3 Type of boundaries - The movement of each boundary - The type of crust moving- (ex. continental crust and continental crust collide) - What is formed at each boundary 3rd choice- Picture/Story/Comic strip You can create a picture, comic strip, or story that includes the following information: - 3 type of boundaries - How each boundary moves - The type of crust moving -( ex. older oceanic crust subducts under younger oceanic crust) - The cause and effect of each boundary.
Good Evening Scientists,
I hope that everyone is being safe! I know their has been a lot going on in the media lately; with everyone stressing, but we are going to get through these stressful times together. We are now entering our digital classroom; therefore, I will be communicating with you all through my blog. Please make sure you check the blog at least once a day. If you have any questions, PLEASE email me. Below, you can find a digital copy of the science packet that was distributed on Friday. In addition to the packets, the plate tectonics powerpoint is posted; as well as various videos to help you with the packet. To access your textbook, you can click on the button on the right that says "Digital Textbook".
