Hi Scientists!!!!! Let me start off by saying how much I miss y'all!!!! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. This week I want you guys to have FUN with your assignment. You will be completing an Earth's Layers project that will allow you to show your knowledge in fun and creative ways. The goal/purpose of the project: you are to compare and contrast the layers of the Earth: Crust, Mantle, Outer Core, and Inner Core. You will be comparing and contrasting the following characteristic: -Composition(what it is made of) - Density -Temperature -Thickness *How will you present your creativity???? You have the choice to do a flipgrid, a powerpoint, or use the brochure that is posted below. We will have a our usual class session on Wednesday @ 1pm; the same link is used for Monday and Wednesday class sessions, if you have any questions. I hope you all are staying safe and STRESS-FREE; you all know our classroom is a NO STRESS ZONE:-) The sign-up genius Mr. Brown and I mentioned during our meeting is posted below. Click on the button and sign-up for a time that works best for you. You will be able to ask for help and discuss ANY concerns you may have; whether social or academic. This is YOUR one-on-one time with your teachers. PLEASE make sure you put an email; as well as your first and last name, so that way we could chat via zoom. On your chosen day , you can click on the button for the day you chose and it will take you directly to our help session. We will have Tutor time on Tuesdays from 10am-12pm and Thursdays from 10:30am-12pm.
